Our safety performance is enhanced by continually investing in structured training programs, knowledge sharing, new processes and modern equipment.
We adopt a behavioural based approach to safety by creating a safety partnership between all stakeholders that helps to focus the attention and actions of all staff on their daily safety behaviour, under the main themes of Comply, Intervene and Respect. This, together with continual investment in modern equipment and processes and rewarding strong safety behaviour, underpins our drive towards safety excellence and Zero-Harm. We maintain Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HAZOP studies, carry out mock drills as per requirement of the client. IFR coveralls, all personal protective equipment is mandatory at all our sites.
Employees are trained against electrical isolation and safety hazards in confined space. Use of gas monitors before entering the confined space is a norm. Workers are also educated towards fire hazards, escape routes, emergency rescue, work at height, pyrophoric material etc. Staff works as per standard operating procedures and follow all safety norms.
We have an impeccable Safety record with no LTI or MTI till date. Hence we claim to be a Zero Harm company.
